(This story takes place after Loki's incarceration but before the events of the convergence.)
Narration
It was a warm and sunny morning in Asgard. The last bits of snow were melting off of the trees and some of the bulbs of the legendary beautiful flowers were peeking through the soil in the gardens of the palace. Birds were singing and the air was sweet. All would appear normal if not extraordinarily well off.
None of this however, was even sensed by the dungeons below the palace. It was dark, aside from the highly illuminated prisoner chambers that lined either side of the pit of Hel under royalty's feet.
